He/Him
Life is filled with challenges, transitions, and difficult experiences that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, isolated, or disconnected from ourselves and others. While pain is an inevitable part of being human, struggling against it can often deepen our suffering. In therapy, we can work together to reconnect with what is most authentic and meaningful to you, while gently loosening patterns that no longer support the life you want to live. I offer a warm, supportive space for reflection, exploration, and discovery, where we can better understand the forces shaping your experience and cultivate greater clarity, freedom, and vitality.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and a doctorate in Literature, bringing a deep appreciation for the stories we inherit, the meanings we create, and our capacity for growth and transformation. I believe healing often involves revisiting and reauthoring the stories we carry about ourselves, supported by a therapeutic relationship grounded in attunement and presence. My work integrates psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness practices, body-based awareness, and creative exploration, combining insight-oriented work with embodied and imaginative approaches to healing.
I work with adults, couples, and adolescents. My approach is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and genuine connection. I recognize that each person's journey is unique, and I strive to create an environment where clients of all identities, backgrounds, and life experiences feel welcome, understood, and supported. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, healing from past trauma, facing relationship challenges, struggling with creative blocks, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where deeper self-understanding, authenticity, and a greater sense of aliveness can emerge and flourish.
