If you grew up feeling like you had to hide parts of yourself to be loved, you’re not alone and there’s nothing wrong with you.
I specialize in working with adults, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, who are navigating the impact of developmental trauma, religious shame, and identity suppression. Many of my clients come from environments where authenticity wasn’t safe, where love was conditional, boundaries weren’t respected, or they had to become who others needed them to be in order to belong.
As adults, this can show up as anxiety, people pleasing, difficulty trusting yourself, fear of being seen, or feeling stuck despite knowing you want more for your life. I work with a range of concerns from anxiety and overwhelm to couples relationship challenges, low self-esteem, identity issues and PTSD.
My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, parts work, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you understand what’s happening in your body, not just your thoughts. This combination offers a deeper, more comprehensive healing.
Therapy with me is both supportive and active. I will meet you with compassion, while also helping you challenge the patterns that keep you feeling small or stuck. Together, we’ll work to gently process past experiences, reduce shame, and build your capacity to feel safe being more fully yourself.
If you’re ready to move toward a more grounded, authentic, and self-trusting version of yourself, I’d be honored to work with you.
